I hereby agree to consent to the pageant's liability waiver.

I hereby agree not to hold Pageant staff, WV Coal Festival staff, judges, and the facility where the pageant is being held, responsible for any accident, injury, or loss/stolen items or any personal property that may occur before, during, or after the pageant. I understand that I entered myself, or my child, in this pageant at my own will and assume full responsibility of my own property and person(s). I also agree that the judge’s decision is final and bad conduct or sportsmanship will NOT be tolerated and will result in disqualification with the possibility of awards being taken away. No refund will be provided. I understand that age divisions can be combined, and that all prizes are subject to change. I give permission for my photo or my child’s photo to be taken before, during and after the pageant and can be used in publications and websites by Pageant Director. By submitting this application I surrender all rights to file suit or claim against Pageant Director, staff, judges, and facility.
